Exception: Made-To-Order items: 7-10 days after order confirmation.
Shipping Time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

If any Returns or Exchanges, please contact our customer service within 24 hours from the time you receive your item(s) and fill in the Application via email. Only products in their original condition will be accepted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL for custom made dresses. For mis-shipped item(s), once confirmation got with us, we will be responsible for item(s) exchange and have full refund returned including shipping fee and handling fee.
